You are presented honest, realistic expectations, and asked to comply with treatment protocol. SOMABEL MED SPA is unique in that it offers these clinical procedures with pampered, unparalleled service in a soothing, spa-like setting. SOMABEL MED SPA’s technologically advanced cosmetic procedures for women, men and teens are performed by trained, experienced technicians. Each technician is certified and required to attend continuing education courses to insure that SOMABEL MED SPA always offers you the very latest techniques and procedures in skin and body enhancement. SOMABEL MED SPA’s Medical Director is Efraim Vela Jr., M.D., a board certified OB-Gyn and practicing in McAllen since 1984. Through the years, his patients shared concerns about unwanted hair, wrinkles and facial imperfections, and cellulite. In 1998 SOMABELMED SPA opened to address these needs and concerns.
